The Hotel was very central and the english receptionist was very nice and helpfull.
Our room was very noisy; the bed was very small and had mattress protectors for the incontinent which made it a very sweaty affair; the owner did not feel the need to welcome us - no friendly smile; the breakfast was old french style with barely drinkable coffee and quite expensive - compared with Ibis Hotel's breakfast -which is cheaper- with a fantastic fresh buffet style affair and very fresh coffee from a good coffee machine.

The hotel was great! Our room was small but very clean (with a/c). Bathroom large and immaculate. Breakfast more than just bread and coffee (cereal, fruit, yogurt, meat, cheese, juice, etc.) Close to train station and 1 block from canal. Staff was extremely helpful (and also spoke English). Wish we could have stayed longer than just one night. Hope to be back someday. Will stay here again. Thank you!
